(He tried on several before deciding to just go with formal black)
Today I picked up some prints from Final, an agency in Malmö for who I have been illustrating to their upcoming event about slash careerists, which means, people with several professions sometimes multitasking with very variating types of work. So for my choice of illustration, I chose the juggling badger. He is also on a skateboard. So you can kind of understand he has a lot of stuff going on. But fear not, mr Badger can do plenty of things at the same time without stress!
One poster will be framed on a wall at Final Malmö, where I also will showcase a couple of my works on the night of the event. If you live in Malmö and want to attend an interesting night with speaker Nina Jansdotter (29th of may) who will talk about this type of phenomenon (not juggling badgers but cross over careers), and also see some work of mine, drop me an email and let me know. I have a couple of invitations.
I got some samples of my print for Nikita and had to try them on. Presenting the top and hoodie – the hoodie one which I especially like since it’s a super nice and soft material, and it makes me want to run out on Maurice Sendak-like adventures – which it is totally what I illustrated it for! And maybe that is why I got a little crazy and wanted Idun in the picture, but since she did not get to sign a model contract, nor get any reward (except my unconditioned infinite love), she was not too amused, which you probably see in the picture – her whole tiny cat face radiates the look of determination to get away from my snuggly grip.

You will soon find it here, but there is just some minor fixes to be done. Captain cat is waiting behind the doors and trying to peek out, but they are completely shut so far.. But soon! There is a promise of aquarelle textured paper and high quality vivid magenta inks ensuring sweetness and durability.
Eat candy and be merry this easter! Just don’t use feathers picked from alive and suffering chickens, try to spice it up with colors other ways! Or know someone that have birds that can pick up feather that naturally get’s dropped from the animal! Attaching some still life shots from Dalarna. I’m about to move but first I’ll have a week in Amsterdam. Looking forward to this spring!
*Yes, I might also have gotten a new camera app that I’ve played around with lately. Sorry for the weird format!
